For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
2. Return Conditions

The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

If the error is on our part, we will cover the return costs and either replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

If there is an issue with the product, please contact our support team with a photo of the item and a brief explanation. We will review the case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
3. Refund and Replacement Exceptions

Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an invalid address, the order will be returned to the sender. Reshipping will be processed upon payment of a new shipping fee.

Unclaimed Orders: If the package is returned due to non-collection by the recipient, reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Buyer’s Remorse: We do not provide refunds for order cancellations or incorrect choices by the customer. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must cover the associated costs.

Rejected by Customs: If an order is returned due to customs rejection, a refund cannot be issued.

Order Cancellation: If the order has already been accepted and the product is in preparation, it cannot be canceled.

Discontinued or Out-of-Stock Products: We do not offer refunds for advertising expenses in cases where the product is discontinued.
4. Refund Methods
